Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our services are provided remotely and delivered electronically by email, PDF, image files, cloud link or another agreed digital format.

1. Quotes and Orders

Any quote provided by DIMURUBIN LTD is based on the information available at the time. If the client later changes the project scope, requests additional work or provides incomplete information, additional charges may apply.

Work will begin after the client confirms the order and makes the required payment or deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, measurements, photos, plans, requirements and any other details needed to complete the work.

The client is also responsible for checking whether the proposed design, layout or architectural solution complies with local building regulations, planning rules, permits, technical requirements and any other legal requirements applicable in their country or location.

1. Project Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be agreed individually depending on the size and complexity of the project. Delivery times may change if the client delays providing information, requests changes or if additional work is required.

All project materials are delivered digitally. DIMURUBIN LTD does not provide physical shipping of products or printed materials unless specifically agreed in writing.

1. Revisions

The number of included revisions will be agreed before the project starts. Additional revisions, changes in project scope or new requests may be charged separately.

1. Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed invoice, quote or payment schedule. DIMURUBIN LTD may request full or partial payment before starting work.

The final project files may be withheld until full payment has been received.

1. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, layouts, visuals and other materials created by DIMURUBIN LTD remain the intellectual property of DIMURUBIN LTD until full payment has been received.

After full payment, the client receives the right to use the final approved materials for their own project. The client may not resell, reproduce, transfer or use the materials for another project without written permission.

1. Professional Disclaimer

Our work is provided as architectural, design and planning support. Unless explicitly stated in writing, our services do not replace the work of a locally licensed architect, structural engineer, building inspector or other regulated professional where such approval is required by law.

The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits, approvals and technical confirmations before carrying out construction, renovation or installation works.

1. Limitation of Liability

DIMURUBIN LTD is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by the client, third-party contractors, construction mistakes, local regulation issues, delays outside our control or use of our designs without proper professional checks where required.
